Stayed about a month ago. There were bugs everywhere in the stairwell and such. Got a soda from the machine and it was expired by 2 years.. didn't notice until I took a sip and it tasted as if I was drinking pinesol (it was orange soda).
Modernized but smaller rooms. Not bad for on post hotel.
I would never willingly stay in the property again.
While staying in Hardy Hall and the Delmont Guest house, the front desk had to move me to a different room. In this process they checked me out before giving me a new room, and the hotel staff threw away all my food in the fridge because I was "checked out."
The elevators were acting up the entire time, the internet is mediocre at best, and the air conditioner was not precisely "quiet" while trying to sleep either.
BUGS BUGS BUGS! That's all I have to say about the Apartment housing complex. Their are gigantic Beatles awaiting for you under the stove creeping at night. Little black insects moving around your room maybe even tiny red spiders. Their are ants waiting for you to flush them down the drain in your showers and stains on your sheets wanting YOU to wash them. Never again. My children were terrified to even move from one spot. And we stayed there for a week last week to be direct before we caught our flight.

Upon working with the hotel manager, the service manager, and even IHG Corporate, no one could find a single possible way to replace my food or reimburse me for the loss. As Fort Bragg has privatized this facility it is wholly unacceptable that they would not reimburse a client for their mistake.
Nice place to stay. Convenient to exchanges & restaurants.
While visiting family stationed at Ft. Bragg we stayed in IHG Hardy Hall. We need a handicapped accessible room and Hardy Hall really fit the need. The room size is fantastic. The full size refrigerator in the room was a pleasant surprise. A big bathroom, a comfortably sized bedroom and a separate seating room are just some of the reasons why we will surely stay with UHH Hotels again. If you plan to stay on a weekend just be sure to ask for a couple extra towels or bring a few from home. Weekend laundry service is by request only and needs to be requested by noon Friday. Overall, a fabulous place to stay. This was an excellent value.
