Upon working with the hotel manager, the service manager, and even IHG Corporate, no one could find a single possible way to replace my food or reimburse me for the loss. As Fort Bragg has privatized this facility it is wholly unacceptable that they would not reimburse a client for their mistake.
The elevators were acting up the entire time, the internet is mediocre at best, and the air conditioner was not precisely "quiet" while trying to sleep either.
I would never willingly stay in the property again.
If you're traveling TDY they'll charge you the full TDY rate (equal to a multi-bedroom house rate) and stick you in that garbage they call a hotel in Hardy or Moody. A room like that in the real world would cost $39, not $106 a night.
Recommend people stay anywhere else while traveling TDY.
While staying in Hardy Hall and the Delmont Guest house, the front desk had to move me to a different room. In this process they checked me out before giving me a new room, and the hotel staff threw away all my food in the fridge because I was "checked out."
