Staff is good , usually opened from 0500 Monday - Friday . The equipment good and clean.
A good gym with a moderate selection of weights. Nice that it has a free weight, cardio and stretching area each separate from the others.

Decent gym, smaller gym. Plenty of Cardio and machines. Weight room is small can be hard to lift when busy.
