They open at 10:00. I called at 9:58. The phone was answered by a sweet woman by the name of Gladys. She was very helpful, pleasant and sweet all the way around. A new baby girl in the family early this morning and thanks to Gladys, the new Mommy and Baby will have beautiful flowers and balloons to show love from home. Thank you for making this special day even more special :)

After spending a couple of hrs finding the perfect flower arrangement to send my first Greatgranddaughter- pink /white beatiful flower in the cutest lamb vase- they sent a yellow duck vaseand the flowers were ok- I am terribly disappointed
