I ordered a flower arrangement for my boyfriends mother and the arrangement was absolutely horrible. Wilted & dead flowers, different vase than pictured, and overall rude & nasty customer service. Emailed a picture to corporate and got a call back saying they will deliver a new mixed arrangement & take the other back as if someone wants those dead flowers anyway. Corporate was helpful In fixing my issue, but the store associates both times were rude! Also was told they dont have any of the flowers in the arrangement I ordered so they will put something together. I will not be ordering from them again!
