These gentleman went out of their way to help me in a crucial time. They provided me a solution to my problem and threw in an extra service to keep me from being stranded in the event an emergency occurred. I am grateful for these wonderful people.
My car's battery just happened to die when I was at the gas station that is attached to Black's Tire and Auto Service, and the mechanics were so incredibly helpful. They worked for a half hour to bring an impossibly dead battery back to life at no cost so I could drive my car down the road to the Firestone where my car battery is placed under warranty. I was blown away by their generosity and thorough work. I highly recommend them!
I have visited this location many times and they are always so helpful and do great work. Today I went there for a simple oil change and my car wouldn't start after. My battery died on me. It was really hot and I had my 2 kids with me who are under 2. There were people waiting and I felt so bad I was making more work for them. The men working were kind, great and hardworking! They helped me inside to stay cool with the kids while they worked really fast to change my battery over for me! I didn't feel taken advantage of because I was a woman alone, they were very kind and went over everything with me and the prices. Thank you!

I had caught a nail in my tire of my 2016 Charger which gave me a flat and went there to see if they could plug or patch it. They did an excellent job patching it for only $25. I was very happy that they DIDN'T scratch the edges of my rims like some other people back in GA when I had to get my Corolla patched. Overall, very respectable and honest staff, comfortable waiting room and very competent mechanics in which I picked their brains about upkeep of these newer cars. I also had an oil change and my fuel injectors cleaned. They don't try to get you like other mechanics like jiffy lube to name one. I'd recommend anyone to go here for any car problems, service needs or even just for advice.
