Called you make an appointment for my infant and they had us waiting an hour past the appointment time. Once we we're seen the doctor was great though. But the wait was insane...
I do not know what the deal is with all the negative reviews. TRICARE put us back on post and assigned us to Clarke. Of course was a little concerned. Well, I called, we got an appointment within a couple weeks. Walked in and was very impressed how clean and nice the people were. Checked in and within 5-10 mins we were called in. After the vitals we sat in the room maybe 10 mins before the Dr came in. He was very professional and listened to our concerns. about 30 mins later we walked out, headed to the lab for blood work, waited maybe 5 mins there, had blood pulled. Then I had to get my knee X-Rayed. Waited no longer than 5 mins to get called in. The E-4 was very polite and took the pictures. Left there, we did wait about 30 min at the Pharmacy, but we understood that, still faster than WOMACK. SO Very Happy
Complete circus! I love how the sign in the waiting area states “If you’ve been waiting 15 minutes past your appointment time please let the front desk know.” That’s EVERY time yet they tell YOU to show up 15 min prior to your appointment time!!!! Phone systems are not working properly when you call in, staff is never on time, called to get lab results and was told by Dr. Werner and nurse results will be in one hour, call lab they said that’s not true and gave me number to nurse! Complete CIRCUS! I always go to play ping pong! Let’s ping pong our patients around!!! Nobody seems to be informative in clinic policies and procedures perhaps staff needs to be trained better! On a positive note when you do check in the staff up front are friendly and courteous, immunization staff is great as well!
Horrible. I was diagnosed with an issue while over seas. I was sent home to receive better health care. Doctor had no idea what to do with me or what I had even though I had all the doctor and hospital notes in hand. Switched doctors, same team. The new one decided he wanted to sleep while I was there, or talk about everything (history of zip codes, walnuts, etc) and the nurse encouraged him! One appointment I was seen an hour after my appointment. I went back and was there for less than 2 mins. Nurse came in and told me to leave, my time was up, that he had other patients. I filed a complaint against them with patient advocacy, but nothing ever happened.
They take great care of my son each time he has a wellness appointment. Dr.Grey is amazing and makes sure I understand everything and answers all my questions. The children's shots staff are friendly and work fast, but not so fast you feel rushed.
