Customer service is non existent. We moved out pick up time for our car back to 8am, were told that would be fine. We showed up at 8 to find out the location doesn’t even open till 9! Then, upon speaking to a very rude branch manager, we found out they never moved our reservation in the first place, leaving pick up at noon. We were told by Maria, the branch manager, that she didn’t have time to fix the issue because she had other customers. Oh, and if you escalate your issue to a district manager, you can’t speak to one for 48 hours.
I love this location, Dajia is absolutely amazing! She's always making sure he customer is taken care of, I'll continue renting from her at this location!
Great, HONEST business. Had a misunderstanding in our agreement and they refunded me for the services I didn't want. They were friendly and incredibly helpful. 10/10 Would rent again.
